This would need to be passed along with the access_token through Keycloak - look there first. If not found that, look for it in the query string (as we do for the patient ID currently).

Don't change anything about the side nav element since it's part of the app (vs EHR), leave that as-is.
Bill notes that we may want to separate the branding from the top banner, so we always have that...
