Training with abstention

Reference code supporting manuscript doi: https://doi.org/10.1101/2021.09.14.460365. Here, in this repo, are helper scripts that inform how the code is organized and provide details on how the training data was pre-processed (image augmentation, label balancing, cross-validation etc.) The basic imports are described in the imports. The scripts expect a dataframe with location to patches of WSIs and labels. file. The models used to train are maintained in this repo.
