It would be nice to de-dupe values based on the SHA256 sum of the contents, ensuring we dont errently embed a secret twice under differing keys (such as an expected rotation with a typo, or lack of dilligence on the secret enlister)

- Still needs tests
- Could probably use a pre-scan for the sha256 before saving or
  post-saving, and then complain.
