Receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC) computation code in C++

Compile with g++ main.cpp roc.cpp -o roc and then run the roc excecutable.

• Add area under ROC curve code (trapezoid rule)
• Add 95% error rate code (simple interpolation in the ROC curve)
