Steps to perform the mail merge with LibreOffice

Create a template LibreOffice Writer document using the necessary tokens. (i have attached a sample document in the commit)
Upload the odt document
Select 'LibreOffice template' from the drop down & tick the 'Enabled' check box and submit
Select the records that want to send the letters from the search results.
Select 'Libreoffice Mail Merge' in the Actions drop down
select the template and click print letters
