NextJS v12.2.5 Blank white screen appears when page router loads first

Summary

Page rendering is blocked till majority of JS is loaded, this needs to be looked at sooner rather than later, as it has the potential to lead to high bounce rates for places with low internet speeds.
How to enable for the SSR html to load in the browser without waiting for all the js bundles to be loaded?

Make sure your layout screen has the html and body tags.

The blank screen may be due to the use of Redux

+1 When developing an app, I added redux with only one state(dark/light mode). When I refresh page, it shows a blank white screen before show the js
