As described in title. Pre selected subtitles/captions don't show up. This issue concerns video-js 4.0.0.

I have this working on Chrome, but on IE9 and FireFox this doesnt work.

Seems like default works if you don't specify srclang="en" for your english subs. In my case I have 3 different tracks, if I remove the srclang attribute for the english one, default seems to works as expected.

I'm using Chrome v 27.0.1453.94 m.
