Describe the bug
I'd like the system settings + folder icon on the KDE Plasma taskbar to follow the color scheme.

As you can see (pic below), the Tela-circle-dark followed the color schemes, but both (icon 1) system settings + (icon 3) dolphin folder have stayed as default Tela-circle (blue). I wanted these two icons, or similar ones to follow the color scheme on taskbar.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Pin both system settings + dolphin on KDE icon to taskbar, then use Tela-circle-dark.

Expected behavior
If it's possible to make it working?

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: openSUSE Tumbleweed x86_64
  • Default Panel/Taskbar
  • App [e.g. systemsettings5, Dolphin]
  • Version [KDE Gear 23.08.1/KDE Gear 23.08.2 following]
  • Tela-circle tar.gz of date [2023-10-07]
  • Installed from Konsole with alias:
    alias tela="~/Downloads/Tela-circle-icon-theme-2023-10-07/./install.sh -a -d $HOME/.local/share/icons -n Tela-circle -c"

Additional context
I have not tried any other icons package how they operate in this process, I have been using Tela-Circle for a long time.
Maybe i could help with some additional information of other packages, but I don't have any.
