Major UI overhaul

• Change the UI to the on the grayscale
• Change the font size on the top link
• Change the font-weight of all the elements
• Fix the twitter share code to render hashtags properly.

Change the links to a visible color

A common complaint by the users of white paper has been the color of the
links.

Now, the post list links are blue by default and deeper blue on hover.
This will hopefully make it better for the users.
