Adds a Software Collections PHP 7.2 Environment group to our yum groups, making it easy to install. Will soon be the default in the install.sh as well.

AW, we didn't need no stinkin' stats, anyway.

Removes virtualmin-awstats module from the core yum group, and add it as a default in the full install groups.
