Fix UPM submodule issue.

UPM で過去バージョンの UniVRM tag を指定したときに、master の状態によってエラーになる問題があり、それへの対処。

具体的には
v0.xx タグにおいて存在する submodule が master タグでは存在しない、つまり .gitmodules の内容に差がある場合に以下のエラーが出る。

  Project has invalid dependencies:
    com.vrmc.vrmshaders: Cannot checkout repository [https://github.com/vrm-c/UniVRM.git] on target path [Assets/VRMShaders]:
