As a: VS Code extension developer

I want to: raise issues in this library from within GitHub and subscribe via notification system

So that: the wider community can contribute to this repository once more.

Describe the solution you'd like

I was recently accepted to a Masters course in Europe and will not be involved in this project any longer.

I've found someone to take the work over to GitHub - https://github.com/zm-cttae

They're planning a bunch of interesting things in terms of extension contribution data :)

Describe alternatives you've considered

The new owner zm-cttae is proposing a working group of VS Code extdevs.

Might be a good place for the repo to live.
