select组件在IE11弹出下拉选项时会自动收起导致无法选择

Steps to reproduce

进入页面点击控件选择label3，再次点击控件，此时选项列表会弹出后立即自动收起

不会自动收起选项列表

What is actually happening?

当弹出选项列表时立即就自动收起了
