vue-next should be able to be installed by npm, package manager is user choice.

@pikax I believe this only affects the monorepo itself managed by Yarn workspaces - where npm wouldn't work correctly.

You right, for some reason I was thinking this was affecting the build. You should be using yarn on this project

There's the tool called only-allow: https://www.npmjs.com/package/only-allow
Maybe it's a better alternative?
