Add AXE output files for all validation tests, fix bugs and file issues

Add the AXE tests for the following files:

• Img Role Must Have Name
• Menuitemcheckbox Owned By Menu
• Menuitem Owned By Menu
• Menuitemradio Owned By Menu
• Option Owned By Listbox
• Row Must Not in Table Grid
• Scrollbar Role Aria Controls
• Scrollbar Role Aria Valuenow
• Slide Role Aria Valuenow

This included fixing some files to limit ARIA errors, updating the README.md and filing the following bug reports on AXE:

• Bug: axe-core/cli validator does not report missing "aria-controls" attribute from element with role "scrollbar" (ARIA 1.2)
• Bug: axe-core/cli validator does not report error incorrect use of aria attributes on element with role="row" (ARIA 1.2)
• Bug: axe-core/cli validator does not give warning about lack of aria-label or aria-labelledby on role="img" element(ARIA 1.2 )

Thanks for updating the examples for testing with AXE.

The existing axe results' json files only include the violations it appears you have included much more than that in the json files. For example, https://github.com/w3c/aria/blob/main/validator-tests/name-prohibited-axe.json

I think it makes sense to only include the violations array but if we want to include everything we should update the existing ones so we have consistency.
