1- Copy the folders to the www directory 2- Create a DB on mysql called ee (you can do it here http://localhost/phpmyadmin/) 3- load the backup ee.sql https://docs.expressionengine.com/latest/operations/database_backup.html
and you will have everyting in http://localhost/ee
