This is a branch of Bandage v0.8.0 with functions for measuring allelic physical distances in assembly graphs (including contigs). This branch is developed by Ryan Wick for GeneMates.
Compiled programs for CentOS Linux and Windows are available here. File BandageDistance_sourceCode_original.zip contains the intact code directory I got from Ryan. The directory structure was adjusted before publishing this branch while all code remains the same. Uploading this compressed file is for an archival purpose. In general, users do not need to download it, and we recommend to download Source code (zip) or Source code (tar.gz) for the code of Bandage.
