This PR adds an image filtering feature to Nginx (resize by width/height in the URL params), following this scheme.
Now it would be possible to enable "modern" catalog images URLs mode (web - URLs - media URLs) in the warden-based Magento 2 instances, therefore dramatically reducing disk size of the dev envs when media included
