Link color dialog hiding in the corner

When clicking a link and attempting to change the color, the color selection box opens in the upper left hand corner while the link dialog appears centered on the click event. Moving this closer to the link dialog would make the feature more obvious and useful to new users of the feature.

even better would be to also make the color selection box moveable so the user can move it around the screen to where they find it convenient.

can the test team verify that this is correct now in 0.20-dev ? it seems fine on my limited testing
