Description
This PR removes Github Actions from conventional commits, Linter, change logging, and code analysis.
However, we can verify that it requires some changes to disable CodeQL(Go to Github > Wazuh-qa > Security). I don't have permissions.
After to merge it, you must Disable workflow. (wazuh-qa > Actions > Disable Workflow). I don't have permission to disable CodeQL.
