(fwiw, mdn/browser-compat-data#20458 is the same change in BCD, so I'm just commenting here to underline my point about the potential of having to do certain work twice if BCD and feature-groups are managed too separate from each other.) |

whatwg/html#8502 merged a few weeks ago, so we can now point to the real spec instead of the page linking the work-in-progress pull request.
