In README, document the ability to use [<hashType>:contenthash:<digestType>:<length>] in filenames. This feature is similarly documented in the README of hash-loader.

Document the `[<hashType>:contenthash:<digestType>:<length>]` feature, as it has been in [hash-loader](https://github.com/webpack-contrib/file-loader/blob/master/README.md).

@patrickhpan Could you please change the base branch to feature/webpack3 (v3.0.0-beta), it will land on master soon and therefore upcoming PR's should be against this branch from now on :)
