Is this needed for Fedora 40 or just rawhide?
No need to change the version numbers and commit message, I'm going to be doing a new build today or Monday. Just add the new condition.

It's only needed for Rawhide, but there's no harm done if the same spec ends up in older releases, since the conditional only affects RHEL-alikes. I'll drop the version and commit change.
