DotNetRotateBot is a backup bot for User:Rotatebot on Wikimedia Commons (http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/User:Rotatebot) written in a different language that is used sometimes when Rotatebot fails. It usually runs under User:Dcoetzeebot:

Written in C#, tested only on Windows, not on Mono. Run on demand.

Uses a modified version of DotNetWikiBot, from:

http://dotnetwikibot.sourceforge.net/

Also uses a Windows binary of JPEGtran from:

http://jpegclub.org/jpegtran/

Version is unknown but was downloaded sometime in 2010.
