Deal with filenames containing carriage returns 🤦

Like these lovely custom folder icon files that macOS creates — note the messed-up wrapping:

• Shell completion offers to complete such a file as Icon$'\r'
• git status shows it as "Icon\r"
• ls prints Icon?

Echoes of the past:

• I can not open a file that contains LF in the name #365

although this time, it is a display issue only (you can open the file, although if you're talking about a custom folder icon, where the actual data is in a resource fork or extended attribute or whatever the hell Apple is calling them now, it doesn't make a lot of sense to be trying to edit it in Neovim — the data fork is 0 bytes).
