관리자 API에 대한 접근 권한을 제한합니다.

  • 관리자 API를 별도 패키지(/admin)로 이동
  • 관리자 로그인 구현
  • 관리자 권한을 검증하는 로직 구현
  • 관리자 UI에 변경사항 적용
