Related PRs:

This PR updates the Xcode version to 13.4.1 due to CircleCI's image deprecations. The following versions will not be available after August 2nd 2022:

  • Xcode 12.0.1
  • Xcode 12.1.1
  • Xcode 12.2.0
  • Xcode 12.3.0
  • Xcode 12.4.0

We are currently using Xcode 12, so we need to upgrade it.

To test all checks in this PR should pass.

PR submission checklist:

  • I have considered adding unit tests where possible.
  • I have considered if this change warrants user-facing release notes more info and have added them to RELEASE-NOTES.txt if necessary.
