User Management example #51

Before this PR is merged:
- The Kotlin SDK needs to be updated and a new release created (User Management support workos-kotlin#212).
- It is expected the CI fails until the WorkOS SDK version containing the User Management support is updated here: https://github.com/workos/java-example-applications/blob/main/buildSrc/src/main/kotlin/com.workos.java.examples.java-application-conventions.gradle.kts#L12
