The "what's changed" page isn't relevant anymore, as the library has evolved such that some of the content is no longer accurate/relevant, and the old command based library is no longer usable.
The "Technical Discussion on C++ Commands" page also references the old library, although I felt that that article was still relevant as it addresses reasons for certain quirks of the C++ framework.
