Major Privacy v0.90.0 ALPHA

This is a pre-Release a lot of features are still missing especially the UI is in a very rudimentary state, also this build does not include the Kernel Driver.
This build contains most of PrivateWin10's functionality.

The test build runs portable when starting it will ask to run the service component PrivacyAgent.exe with administrative privileges, it should terminate it on close but if it would to crash than it wont do that.
