FEATURE REQUEST

Expected behavior:
Permit inserting links that don't have the scheme and domain: e.g. insert a link of "/testing.html"

Actual behavior:
Currently, the Jodit editor only allows full links to be inserted with the link tool. It doesn't permit URLs without the scheme and domain (e.g. "https://www.example.com/testing.html" can be inserted, but "/testing.html" cannot be inserted.)
