Cause: Browser not allow to refer to http resources in https.
Mesure: Remove 'http:' protocol to let the browser auto judge
the current protocol.
Cause: it judge config.disqus_shortname only theme config is ignored Measure: add theme.disqus_shortname judgement
This reverts commit 2c85b74.
fix: Fix https mixed resource issue.
