This is a refactored version of #108. If
--output-attr=obeyis given on the command line, actually parse theoutput="screen|log"attributes and use them to initialize the muting system.This also refactors the muting system by moving the mute state into the
NodeMonitorinstance. That way, we don't have to track separate "muted" sets.
