I think it would be neat to include talks in here - the initial list here is just pulled from my bookmarks. Some of these have associated papers (Handing Bidirectional Effects), but others don't and are just really good (Deliminated Continuations, Demystified).
The Deliminated Continuations, Demystified talk is technically not on effect handlers: but it gives such a good explanation of continuations that I think it'd be valuable to include in here. I found it absolutely essential to understanding effect handlers.
