Manually creating note revisions in backend API

I found that note.setContent() will not create a note revision, so I'm seeking this for backup purpose.

Hi, this was previously not exposed, I just add a note.saveNoteRevision() method: https://zadam.github.io/trilium/backend_api/Note.html

Will be in 0.52.1
