Common daily functionalities done

Although still rough, but it gets most of our daily data-analysis task done, and the view namespace is added with nicer visualisation.

Just enough functionalities

Common functionalities that are frequently used in our daily jobs are already implemented. Notable additions clustering, cluster-plot, and better table view.
