This is a Next.js project bootstrapped with create-next-app.
First, run the development server:
npm run dev
# or
yarn dev
# or
pnpm dev
# or
bun devOpen http://localhost:3000 with your browser to see the result.
You can start editing the page by modifying pages/index.js. The page auto-updates as you edit the file.
API routes can be accessed on http://localhost:3000/api/hello. This endpoint can be edited in pages/api/hello.js.
The pages/api directory is mapped to /api/*. Files in this directory are treated as API routes instead of React pages.
This project uses next/font to automatically optimize and load Inter, a custom Google Font.

If offer side does not offer video. Offer side will not receive answer side video despite answer side toggles video on.
- This is a unidirection issue. To fix will require using tranceiver API
- If Offer side later decides to transmit video. Current
softTogglemechanism will not work, and requires renegotiations.

UPDATE:
Situation refined. Happens on Mobile device using softToggle. When user on
mobile turns off mic, peer can still hear, but toggling off video works as expected
solved via using soft toggle mechanism instead.
