coorected function error

3rd Axis profile support for Warthog joystick as Right stick

Added the ability to use a single T16000.m and with single Warthog A10 joystick
Added a third switch able axis profile this reducese the overal movement ingame by reducing total signal from joystick. Essentual giving more distance on stick travel less response in game.

Still working on light and sound ingame queues as TARGET is not so forthcoming on how to do the pulsing in user defined lenghts.

Initial Build for sound and light queues

First pass on the structure to show ingame indicators that the Axis curves and the Keymap modes are switching. Planning for some thing a little more defined but coding is not complete yet.

Install and documention complete

Full framework for install and documentation complete. This is not a final pass but the major parts are inplace and it makes sense to me. Will need external testing and comments to define what needs to be changed.

Corrected axis switch function

Properly coded the functions to switch axis curvse ingame. RC1 was not switching properly. Moved the USB key conversion table above the DX33 to DX120 defines. Some general updates to documentation. Ajusted some of the printf lines to help make out the more important actions in the console window for TARGET Script Editor

Initial build for Thrustmaster TARGET Script for the T16000.M Dual joysticks for use in Farming Simulator 19 (FS19). This script has the following features:

• FDR based Foresty button map
• Seprate tractor button map
• One-Stick movement option. (Where the left joystick completely controls motion of controled machine)
• Dual Joystick response curve with setable deadzone.
• Short/Long press cruise control/walk forward
• 60+ bindable actions
