Reasoning:
The Field Training Facility and Field Training Lab are easily confused in laymen's terms.

I would suggest renaming one or both into a more common name.

Kerbal School
Field Training School
Kerbal University
Kerbal Training Course

Ideas for Field Training Lab:

Mind Machine Interface Learning
Experience Download
Buyable Experience
Science Experience Facility
