As for your errors - only reporting 500 error cannot be very helpful for
fixing the problem. Check your *log/development.log* (or *production.log*)
- there will be more detailed information (some non existing method for nil
report etc.)

I have tried your plugin and it is working great for importing new issues.
But when trying to use the Update Issue feature and hit the submit button; i get this page is not working "HTTP ERROR 500"
