1. Why one elector has extra 4096 votes?
2. The SEE cause flipping the 13th bit from a zero to one and this process gives Maria Vindevogel 4096 extra votes.
3. One elector have extra 4096 votes than other people.
4. People cannot fairly elect their representatives and the fairness of the election is undermined
5. This project will find the actual votes and it can correct SEE errors
