Updated settings for the package manager

If you experience issues with the package repository ftp.otrs.org you need to update the repository path.

The new url is: https://download.znuny.org/releases/misc/packages/repository.xml

It can be modified in the setting: Package::RepositoryRoot

For ITSM replace the URL in the SysConfig Package::RepositoryList with (whatever applies to you system)

Note: A modified default will be available from version 6.0.33
