- added disallowSpacesInFunctionDeclaration - added disallowSpacesInFunctionExpression - fixes #45
- The only downside to this PR is that pregzipped bundle.js has increased from 515k to 1.7MB. This is due to the inclusion of babel transpiler for supporting esnext/es6 features.
