The plugin should normaly associate to the exterior cube the Extruder 0 and for the interior Extrudor 1 if the current machine is a Multi-Extruder machine configuration.
First step associate the right extruder to the right "Cube". Then to be sure to get the inner cube in the right position, Merge both element ( Select the elements and use the shortcut Ctrl+Alt+G)
