Feature request for --daemon option

Currently,

• the --daemon option in & instructs & to read the .ampersand file in the 'current directory' for the purpose of obtaining the (list of) file(s) that it has to monitor.
• the --proto option by default generates a prototype in the current directory, but optionally allows the &-developer to specify the directory in which the prototype is to be generated.

This issue calls for allowing the --daemon option to optionally allowing the &-developer to specify the file that has the (list of) file(s) that it has to monitor.

The proposed syntax is --daemon[=filename], where filename specifies a file in the same way as the contents of that file does.
