Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Apply D19944-code
  2. Running Jetpack master, visit the Jetpack settings.
  3. Click the Security tab, and rapidly switch to the Discussion tab
  4. Expect to see the "A simple message with a list..." JITM showing over the discussion tab.

What I expected

I expected the JITM to change or not be shown if none present for the new tab.

What happened instead

  • The DIscussion tab keeps showing the JITM for the Security tab
