Description

This PR fixes and improves the Channel Service:

• When the title of a program was renamed, the localization source title only held the program title. This fix includes now also the information of the channel and the playlist of the program item in the localization service.
• Publishing ensures now that videos in channels, programs, and videos in cue points are in the approved state.
• Publish playlist validations including additional information on which program item/placeholder is affected.
• Fixed an issue where program titles were not correctly stored in the Catalog Service.
