refactor: Move transcripts

As a a first step toward breaking up the barretenberg/honk submodule, which is gotten very large, I move the Honk transcript out of Honk. This will enable moving ZeroMorph and other hings in barretenberg/honk/pcs out of honk. it is now in barretenberg/transcript. Formerly barretenberg/transcript was the Plonk transcript. This goes into barretenberg/plonk.

Detailed results

All benchmarks are run on txs on the Benchmarking contract on the repository. Each tx consists of a batch call to create_note and increment_balance, which guarantees that each tx has a private call, a nested private call, a public call, and a nested public call, as well as an emitted private note, an unencrypted log, and public storage read and write.

This benchmark source data is available in JSON format on S3 here.

Values are compared against data from master at commit db67aa1e and shown if the difference exceeds 1%.

hmm wonder why it isn't showing as a move. Guess because there were too many changes for the change detection and no git mv

I think I did a bit of pruning of includes, stuff like this that confused the git mvs. I was strict in the others and they have very small diffs bc of better mv detection.
