The purpose of this PR is to merge changes from azure/azure-rest-api-specs/dev-storagesync-Microsoft.StorageSync-2020-09-01 to master. However, there were conflicts in that branch, so I created this branch with just the storagesync changes..
All content in the dev-storagesync-Microsoft.StorageSync-2020-09-01 branch has already been reviewed and approved:
