Monitor - Query nightly test runs are failing with:

Error message:
All retries exhausted - no data returned for query 'AppDependencies | where Properties['testRunId'] == 'ingestedDataTest-1627353887400' | project Kind=Properties["kind"], Name, Target, TestRunId=Properties['testRunId']'

Stack trace:

This issue is being tracked - #17353 and has the latest updates. Closing this issue.
